Seasons for Growth
Just like the seasons, life changes!
Seasons for Growth is a small group programme for children, young people or adults who have experienced significant change or loss.
Season explores the effects of change, loss and grief. Seasons is based on the belief that change and loss are part of life and grief is a normal response to these losses.
We need the opportunity to learn about how our significant losses may impact our lives. Seasons provides an opportunity for participants to learn the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to understand and respond well to such experiences.
