Woven 2020 – Diocesan prayer event / vigil
May 8 @ 12:00 pm - May 9 @ 12:00 am
“I want you woven into a tapestry of love, in touch with everything there is to know of God. Then you will have minds confident and at rest, focused on Christ, God’s great mystery.” Col 2:2
As we prepare for Pentecost and look forward to our new future within the Diocese, you are invited to come and join Bishop Paul in a prayer vigil. This is to pray for our future and for unity, to be woven together and to deepen our relationship with Jesus Christ to be a witness of faith in our city and our country.
Join with Bishop Paul and others in the diocese at #woven for one hour or more over this 12 hour vigil.
Mass will be celebrated by Bishop Paul at the beginning and end of this time of prayer.
You are welcome to come along to Mass, to pray a rosary, to sing and worship, to deepen our faith in silence or through Taize and so much more.
We offer up this new journey and prepare to welcome the Holy Sprit at Pentecost.
