Festival of Lights

The Community of the Beatitudes warmly invites you to celebrate our annual Festival of Lights at the Sanctuary of Fourvière.
This year it will take place on Saturday 10th December, following the Feast of the Immaculate Conception.
We are delighted to have Bishop Michael Gielen who will celebrate Holy Mass at the Shrine of Mary, Mother of the Light. Mass will begin at 6pm under the large marquee.
Please bring a picnic to enjoy afterwards. A spit roast lamb with hangi vegetables will also be available for sale along with coffee and drinks in the Pilgrim Shelter.
Then, at dusk we will have a candlelit procession of the Blessed Sacrament to the Shrine where there will be adoration under the stars until benediction at dawn.
The Beatitudes Community is looking forward to welcoming you to the Sanctuary, located at 67 Leithfield Rd, Leithfield on Saturday 10th December from 6pm!
